01. How can I become a customer of WTgroup?
Our sales activities are mainly aimed at the specialist trade, for more information see the section on "become a customer". Orders from industry and private activities are performed by one of our selected partners. Of course you will also find there the entire range and the same exceptional service.
02. Is there a minimum order value or a minimum order quantity?
No. You can purchase every item individually. The only exceptions are for orders of goods with a promotional imprint, (e.g. printed or stitched). Please take note that in the case of orders below € 350 (nationally) and/or € on demand (internationally) delivery costs additional to the value of the goods have to be paid.
03. Can personalised goods or goods with e.g. a promotional imprint be ordered?
Yes. A large part of our product range is available with a variety of printing methods or stitching. However, for logistical reasons, this service is subject to certain minimum order quantities, e.g. 50 items. for bags or 100 items for clothing. If you require personlised goods or goods with a promotional impring, please contact us.
04. What methods of payment do you offer?
In our shop you can pay by credit card or cash on delivery. We also offer regular customers the option of paying against invoice. In addition, you can – if you would like to collect your order – also pay cash.
05. What delivery times must I expect?
Your order will usually be delivered – depending on availability – within 2-4 working days.
06. How high are the delivery costs?
The transport costs are agreed with the customer.
07. Can we take over the delivery costs ourselves?
Generally speaking, this is possible. This requires an agreement to that effect to be in force between yourselves and the carrier General Logistics Systems (GLS).
08. Is it possible to receive a delivery tracking number?
As soon as we receive the shipment number from the carrier, we will pass this on to you. Please send us a short inquiry about this by email.
09. Can the goods be collected?
Yes, you can collect your order from our branch in Bruneck during our normal business hours. When ordering, please select "collection" as form of delivery. We will inform you as soon as the goods are ready to be collected. However, please note that the direct sale of goods is only possible if the goods are ordered in advance, since we do not always carry all goods in stock.
10. Does the WT group have representatives throughout Italy?
No, we do not have sales representatives in every region of Italy. However, you are welcome to make an appointment with us or direct your questions to us by telephone or email.
11. At which trade fair can the WT group/Daiber/Halfar/Fare items be viewed?
Each year we take part in the PSI promotion trade exhibition in Düsseldorf. We present our range of goods and new products there. Information about the trade fair and dates can be found at www.psi-messe.com
12. Is there a newsletter?
Yes. We will be pleased to add you to our mailing list and send you regular updates about new items in our range and news about our company. If you are not already a customer, then you must for legal reasons give us your consent to send you the newsletter. Simply send us a short email to that effect.
