 Pneumatic transfer presses are machines that work with air pressure. This requires a compressor, which you can of course also obtain from us. Pneumatic transfer presses are somewhat more expensive to purchase than manual transfer presses. But they have decisive advantages. The amount of force required is much lower, as the pressing process is carried out via a 2-hand safety circuit. After the pressing time has expired, the transfer press opens automatically. The contact pressure can be easily adjusted from 0-6 bar via a pressure regulator. This means that the repeat accuracy of the contact pressure is also very high. In contrast to manual transfer presses, pneumatic presses always guarantee the same pressure setting thanks to an adjustable pressure regulator, regardless of whether thick or thin material is being printed. The wear on a pneumatic transfer press is much lower than on a manual transfer press.
