This transfer press is not only the optimal device for the professional entry into the world of textile printing. It is also a cost-effective alternative for experienced textile finishers, without any loss of quality. We have made it our business to develop an inexpensive device which nevertheless meets the very high demands of the customer. With this transfer press all possible transfer tasks can be accomplished.

Modular construction:

Thanks to a quick-change device, the working plates can be easily exchanged in a few seconds without any tools. Because the working plates are free-standing, the textiles can be easily pulled on so that only the cut-out to be printed lies on top. This results in the following advantages:

Transfer prints on the reverse side are protected
no print creases
prints do not bleed through

Electrics and display:

The temperature and time can be easily and quickly set and read on our clear display.

Heating plate:

Fast heating and an even and constant temperature are guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are supplied as standard with a Teflon cover, which is fastened with a clamping device and can be replaced by the customer at any time.

In addition to the standard size heating plates, we also manufacture custom sizes!

Consumables:

The Teflon protection for the heater ensures, as the name suggests, that the heating plate is protected against dirt such as adhesive residues or paint. In addition, the Teflon can be cleaned very easily or, in the worst case, simply replaced with a new one.

A Nomex cover protects the worktop or the silicone rubber. The cover also makes it easier for the textile to slide over the worktop when it is pulled on. It can be washed or replaced.

The silicone rubber on the worktop contributes significantly to the printing result. Due to the wide range of printing possibilities, you will get different results with hard or soft silicone rubber pads. As we do not glue our pads to the worktops, the silicone rubber can also be exchanged for another one at any time. A medium-hard one is supplied as standard. However, you can also order a soft and a hard silicone rubber from us.

Function

During pressing, the pressure arm automatically engages by means of the toggle lever principle. The pressure can be adjusted by means of an easily accessible knurled screw. When the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds, indicating unmistakably the time of unlocking. Thanks to the gas spring technology, you only have to lift the lever arm by about 3 cm and the press opens automatically.

The temperature and time can be easily set and read on the clear displays of the controller and the clock.

Heating and worktops

Fast heating as well as an even and constant temperature is guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology.

All our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are supplied with a Teflon cover as standard. Likewise, our worktops have a silicone rubber and a Nomex nettle cover that can be renewed at any time.

In addition to the standard sizes of the heating and work tops, we can also manufacture your very own special size!
